Saint
Martin's Abbey's primary apostolate is Saint Martin's University,
founded in 1895. Saint Martin's University is one of two Roman Catholic
Universities in Western Washington and is located about
fifty miles south of Seattle.
A Benedictine school, the university welcomes students from all faiths and
persuasions. The monks work in a variety of jobs in the school from
faculty to staff positions.

The Abbey continues to
serve the archdiocese in parish work, staffing a few parishes in the area
and assisting on weekends in several others.
