March 13, 2007 Lacey, WA - Andrew Neisinger and Danni Ballard received the honorable mention nod in this weeks Player-of-the-Week selections. Neisinger, who didn’t figure in to any decisions at the GNAC Invitational, allowed just three hits and one run in 7 2/3 innings pitching in three of the Saints’ four games. He didn’t walk a batter in the series. Neisinger has an ERA of 3.43 through 21 innings pitched this season. Danni Ballard had five hits in seven at bats including a home run, her third of the season, in the Saints doubleheader loss to Western Oregon. She also threw out two base runners for the Saints. Ballard is batting .471 with a .882 slugging percentage so far this season.
