Men’s Golf: Saints finish 11th at Poor Boy Invitational

Bakersfield, CA – Saint Martin’s men’s golf finished
11th in the Cal State Bakersfield Poor Boy Invitational at Seven Oaks
Country Club, which concluded Tuesday.
Chris Poulakidas led the Saints placing 22nd overall
with a three round total of 218, just two over par. He shot a 70 in
round one and 74 in both of the final two rounds.
Justin Lanman wrapped up play with a 228 putting him
tied for 49th. Olof Rosborg and John Eisentrout shot 229 and 231
respectively. A two day total of 236 put Hiro Nezu in a tie for 66th.
Cal State Stanislaus edged UCLA by one stroke
(847-848) to win the team title. UCLA’s Erik Flores took the individual
title finishing with a 206, 10 under par.
The Saints will head back to California on March 9th
to take part in the NDNU Invitational.
