April 29, 2008 Lacey, WA – Saint Martin’s Hiro Nezu and John Eisentrout were two of five individuals to qualify for the 2008 NCAA Men’s Golf Super Regionals to be held at the Adobe Creek Golf Club in Petaluma, CA, May 5-7. Nezu, who heads into regionals after having won medalist honors at the Great Northwest Athletic Conference tournament, averaged a 75.2 for the season. Eisentrout, who took 5th at conference, posted a season average of 75.4 “I’m really proud of Hiro and John for all they put in to get this opportunity. They’ve had a tough year and I’m glad they get this positive experience; they both deserve it,” said interim head coach Chris Gregor. The tournament field is composed of six qualifying teams plus the five qualifying individuals and is scheduled for three 18-hole rounds of play.
