March 11, 2006 Tacoma, WA --- Saint Martin's John Riak (Fr., Lacey, WA) won two events Saturday at the University of Puget Sound Joe Peyton Invitational track-and-field meet in Tacoma. Riak was a double winner in the 800 (1:59.44) and 1500 (4:03.18). Caleb Timmer (So., Tacoma, WA) finished fourth in the 800 (2:03.17) and sixth in the 1500 (4:14.61), while brother Josh Timmer (So., Tacoma, WA) placed fourth in the long jump and sixth in the javelin. In the women’s division, Lakita Burr (Jr., Lakewood, WA) finished third in the 800 in a time of 2:24.51 and Janelle Probst (So., Spokane, WA) also finished third in the 5000 in a time of 18:54.16.
