Track: Carlson and Riak break school records

Walnut, CA – Krinda Carlson and John Riak both set
new school records in their respective races as they competed at the Mt.
Sac Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
Riak ran an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying
time in the 10,000m. His time of 30:56.34 was the third fastest in GNAC
history. Riak’s performance puts him at the top of the GNAC ranking
list.
Carlson, the only other Saint at the meet, broke her
school record in the 1500m for the second consecutive week. Carlson
finished with a time of 4:47.23, moving her into fourth place in the
GNAC rankings.
