Below you will find information regarding what materials are needed to apply
for each program. Please contact us if you would like to have an application
packet mailed to you, or you can download the application forms below and mail
or email them back to the College of Education and Professional Psychology.
You can turn in application materials individually or all at once. Once we
receive your program application we will start an application file for you, then
you can turn in the remaining documents. We will review your file and let you
know our decision relating to your application once all of the materials are
complete.

Step 1: Download the application materials below or contact the College of Education and
Professional Psychology (CEPP) office if you would like to receive a
hard copy application packet.
Step 2: Send all completed application
documents to the CEPP office.

1. $35 application fee (exact cash or check made out to "Saint
Martin's University")

3. Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended
sent directly from the institution to the CEPP office. Unofficial transcripts are accepted from Saint
Martin’s University.
i. Proof of a bachelor’s degree
ii. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 (There can be
exceptions made for students without a cumulative 3.0 GPA if they have
at least a 3.0 in recent semesters.)
4. On-site essay. Students must come to the CEPP office to write a
personal statement of approximately 300-400 words. Contact us to set up
an appointment.
5.
Proof of fingerprinting done at an Educational School District (ESD), turn in
your fingerprinting receipt.
6.
Character and Fitness form and the
Character and Fitness supplemental form.
7. Three
letters of recommendation - use this form. Have each
recommender send their signed form directly to the CEPP
office.
8.
Test scores: Official WEST-B results for reading, writing and math.
9. Pre-program advising appointment - schedule with the CEPP office.
Step 3: Getting your acceptance letter!
Once you have been accepted you will need to complete our supplemental
packet before registering. This will be sent to you when you receive
your acceptance letter.
