1. $35 application fee (exact cash or check made out to "Saint Martin's University")

2. Program application

3. Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended sent directly from the institution to the CEPP office. Unofficial transcripts are accepted from Saint Martin’s University.

     i. With proof of a bachelor’s degree

     ii. With a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (There can be exceptions made for students without a cumulative 3.0 GPA if they have at least a 3.0 in recent semesters.)

4. Proof of fingerprinting done at an Educational School District (ESD), turn in your fingerprinting receipt.

5. WSP/FBI fingerprint background check form

6. Character and Fitness form and the Character and Fitness supplemental form

7. Three letters of recommendation - use this form. Have each recommender send their signed form directly to the CEPP Office.

8. Endorsement only options sheet: Pathway1, 2 or 3.

Step 3: Getting your acceptance letter! After you receive your acceptance letter you will have your ID number and be able to register for classes.
