What is Student Liturgy?
Student Liturgy is a Catholic Mass where students lead all who are
gathered in music, welcome people to the Mass, proclaim the
Scripture readings of the day, prepare the altar for and distribute
Communion. As chaplain, Fr. Peter Tynan, O.S.B. acts as the main celebrant each
week.
Asking when, where or even if I should go to church regularly
is a common question for students who often find college to be
the first time when nurturing a faith life is a personal
responsibility. We encourage everyone to join us at Student
Liturgy and know that you are always welcome and supported
during this important time in your life.
When is it?
Student Liturgy is every Sunday at 7 p.m. in the Abbey
Church.
