Alumni services
The Career Center isn't just available when
you were a student but even as an Alum too. We provide support for that
first job, career change or providing advice to the students currently on
campus.

Saints4Hire
Employment opportunities with city, county, state, federal and
private employers are posted on the Career Center database. Updated
daily, these postings include part-time, full-time, summer,
seasonal, permanent, and temporary positions.

Alumni Mentor Program Sign up through Saints4Hire to
become a mentor to students who are currently a student at SMU. You
can be involved in numerous different ways that work best for you.

Representatives from local, state, federal and private companies and
agencies participate in this annual Career Center activity. Click to

- Resume/cover letter review,
email your resume and/or
cover letter to the Career Center for a thorough review of content,
structure and format. Your resume and cover letters are your most
important marketing pieces. Resume and cover letters are typically
turned around in 24 hours.
- Graduate school testing information
is available on GRE, GMAT, LSAT/LSDAS, and MCAT.
- Career guidance testing and
software Information is available upon request.
Testing is used primarily in conjunction with freshman orientation classes.
- Career resource library- Books on jobs, resumes, career decision-making, scholarships, interviewing,
cover letters, various directories and similar subjects can be checked out.
