Investing in your success through scholarships
Saint Martin’s will reward your investment of hard work in your
schooling with competitive Academic Merit Scholarships. You may
automatically qualify for the following scholarships based only on your
cumulative grade point average and your combined SAT or ACT test scores.
These scholarship awards are not based on financial need. They are
renewed on an annual basis for eight semesters of enrollment if you
maintain a 3.0 grade point average (GPA).

(Freshman merit awards are based on a combination of
HS GPA and combined scores from the SAT or ACT.)
Transfer Merit Scholarships
Chancellor’s Scholarship 3.8-4.0 GPA

President’s Scholarship 3.6-3.79 GPA

Dean’s Scholarship 3.4-3.59 GPA
$5,000
Faculty Scholarship 3.0-3.39 GPA

(Transfer merit scholarships are awarded to
admitted students based on their cumulative college GPA.)
Many other donated or endowed scholarships, based on
a variety of criteria, are available through Saint Martin’s. You do not
need to apply separately for these scholarships, unless noted. Your
Application for Undergraduate Admission provides all necessary

Other Scholarships
Athletic Talent Award Students participating in NCAA Division II athletics may be eligible for
an award. For more information, contact the

Talent Awards in Music and Theatre Arts Students who have demonstrated their interest and ability by
participating in music or theatre arts can apply for a Talent Award. The
awards range from $500 to $2,000 and are renewable. For more

Legacy Award Children or
grandchildren of Saint Martin’s graduates are awarded $2,000 to
assist with the cost of tuition.
In addition to the awards listed above, Saint
Martin’s has grants and endowed and donated scholarships. Federal and
state grant and loan programs and student employment opportunities also
are available. These require demonstrated financial need.
