Guy Fieri at this special epicurean event,
designed for a lucky limited audience. Is this “culinary rock star” as
energetic and engaging in person as he is on
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives? You bet!
Guests of Meet the Chef will be joining Guy Fieri
for an entertaining afternoon of wine and hors d’oeuvres,
inspired by Guy’s own recipes. Each guest will receive an
autographed copy of Guy’s cookbook, Guy Fieri Food, and
will have an opportunity to be photographed with the chef.
Meet the Chef benefits scholarship funds for Saint Martin’s
University students.

palate ready for several courses of delicious entertainment! With
Guy Fieri taking the stage as this year’s
celebrity chef, the Saint Martin’s Gala promises to be an electrifying
evening. Guests of the annual black-tie affair will enjoy a spirited
culinary demonstration by Guy, whose courses will be prepared with Guy’s
famous gusto, paired with specially selected wine and accompanied by an
exciting live auction. The Gala benefits scholarship funds for Saint
Martin’s University students.

Pre-registration for the Gala is available until Oct. 30, 2012.
By pre-registering, guests will bypass registration lines and
pick up their guest packets upon arrival, then quickly join the
festivities. To take advantage of this option, call Bianca

information ready.
