Saint Martin's newest residence hall Spangler opened for students in August 2005. Spangler houses students in a assortment of living options including: suites, studios, and apartments. Returning housing students or students with sophomore status and above are eligible to live in Spangler. Spangler has laundry facilities on the first floor, a fitness room, a prayer room, a game room featuring  ping-pong, pool, foosball, big screen television, and more. Spangler has community kitchenettes on the second and third floors, a full community kitchen on the first floor, and several study and television lounges are all available for student use in Spangler.

The Office of Residence Life is located on the first floor. Spangler also has a large conference room which is scheduled through conference services and is routinely used by both campus and community members.
