Housing availability and requirements
Housing is generally available for all students who
request it. Please contact the housing office for current status at

Campus
living policy: all single, undergraduate students are required to live on
campus while enrolled for classes at Saint Martin's University unless they
have documented with the residence life office that they meet one or more
of these exemptions:
- has
reached junior status (60 or more semester hours of college credit)
prior to registering for classes for the current semester
- has
reached 21 years of age or older on or before the last official day of
registration for the current semester
- is
residing at home with his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
- is
married
- is
taking eight or fewer semester hours of credit during the semester in
question
- has
attained an A.A. degree; or has been enrolled as a full time student
at a college or university for two full years
International
students, including ESL students, must follow the same policy.
However, they are granted these additional exemptions:
- is
living with a pre-arranged host family for the duration of their
college experience
- has
received a letter of permission from their country's embassy
To move in to the residence
halls, you must complete these steps:
- Complete and submit a
signed housing contract
- Pay a $200 deposit at the student accounts office; submit a copy of the payment
receipt
- Complete and submit a
student medical information form
- Sign a written statement
acknowledging you understand the University's alcohol polices and that
you agree to abide by them
- Fill out and submit an
inventory check sheet
