Tee off for Saints Athletics!

Join Saint Martin's alumni and friends for the 30th annual Golf Tournament.

The 30th annual Golf Tournament benefits Saints Athletics, a tradition of excellence at Saint Martin’s. Our student-athletes are high performers — not just on the court, on the track and on the field. Saints like Taviah Jenkins ’14 routinely step up as achievers in the classroom and as student leaders on campus.

“Having had a passion to play softball since I was six years old, I knew that softball was my ticket to becoming the first in my family to attend college. The opportunity to play softball at Saint Martin’s University while earning a degree in criminal justice is a dream come true. Being a student-athlete has taught me to be dedicated, motivated and reliable, inside the classroom and on the diamond. Earning a spot on the Dean’s List and wearing a Saints jersey are both goals I highly value.”
– Taviah Jenkins ’14

Taviah is a member of the 2013 Saint Martin’s softball team, which had a historic season. The Saints posted a record of 41-16 overall and 18-6 in GNAC play to win the regular-season title going on to win the GNAC Tournament title as well. This team became the first in SMU history to win a NCAA Tournament game and just the third team to ever qualify for NCAA postseason play. The Saints had seven Academic All-GNAC selections, the GNAC Player and Pitcher of the Year, nine total All-GNAC selections as well as two All-Region picks. Lacey McGladrey was named NFCA First Team All-American becoming the program’s first as well as just the second female ever at Saint Martin’s to earn All-American honors.

Be a part of our winning tradition, just by teeing off!
