Position title: Maintenance Technician - General
Worker
Position summary:
This technician performs semi-skilled and sub journey work in
performance of building maintenance for a variety of function to include
electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, painting and machinist work.
This position inspects, repair, install and maintain physical
facilities, locks and maintain and repair machinery and equipment. (See

Minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years as a Facilities Maintenance Worker or Education,
technical training in a field related to building maintenance
through a recognized trade union, technical school or equivalent,
accredited college or university may substitute for up to two (2)
years of the required experience.
- Possess a valid WA driver license.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
