Problems accessing contacts
  1. Please do the following steps access your contacts:
  2. Close Outlook
  3. Right Click on Microsoft Outlook icon on your desktop
  4. Highlight Outlook Address Book
  5. Click on the Properties Button
  6. Highlight SMU Integrated Technology Services contacts
  7. Click on the Remove Address Book Button
  8. Click on the Close Button
  9. Click on the OK Button
  10. Open Outlook and see if you can add new contacts.

Now, open Outlook do the following:

  1. Right Click on the Contacts Icon on the Toolbar to the left of the screen
  2. Left Click on Properties
  3. Left Click on the Outlook Address Book Tab at the top
  4. Make sure the check box labeled "Show this folder as an email address book" is checked.
  5. Click on OK
  6. Close Outlook

Open Outlook and your contacts should be back.  If not, call us at 438-4338
