Changing automatic email insertion

When I reply to a message, my Outlook software automatically inserts [SMU Technology Services] or some other user name. How does it know to do that, and where do I go to change that setting to my name?

Here is the solution to this problem:

1. Open "Outlook". (You should have it open if you are reading this).

2. Click on the word "Tools" on the tool bar.

3. Click on "Options"

4. Click on the "Email options" button

5. Click on the box in front of "Mark my comments with:" to clear the check mark (you can also use this area to edit what is in the comment).

6. Click on "OK"

7. Click on "OK" again.

Ok, now try to edit a message. The insert should be gone or edited to what you really wanted in the comment section.
