Go to http://mail.stmartin.edu and click on the IQWeb button at the top, or go to http://iqweb.stmartin.edu.

Enter Username, usually firstname.lastname (ie; John.Doe)
Be sure to include the "dot" between first name and last name if applicable.

Enter Password: Default password is smu followed by the last 4 digits of your Student ID Number (i.e. smu1234).

Note that IQWeb passwords are maintained separately from your Network email password.

Changing IQWeb password:

To change your IQWeb password: Login to IQWeb and click on the “Change Password” link from the Menu Bar on the left then follow instructions.

If you forget your password click on the “What if I forget my password” link on the IQWeb login page then click on Request Password Assistance link at top of screen, or go to  http://mail.stmartin.edu and click on IQWeb Password Assistance. Enter your username and click “Email a New Password” to have a new password emailed to your Saint Martin's University email account.
