Become a cultural ambassador!

Saint Martin’s University Office of International Programs hosts numerous cultural exchange programs throughout the summer. These programs include students from China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, ranging from 15-21 years old. Cultural ambassadors play a key role in providing the visiting students a rich cultural experience as they, alongside the international students, attend social events and field trips, share the American culture, answer questions, and provide opportunities for the students to improve their English skills. Cultural ambassadors are asked to commit to the entire length of a program or programs, which vary from one week to one month. Cultural ambassadors and their families are also required to host international students for the home stay experience; this will be a weekend visit home stay.
