Program mission statement
The Office of Financial Aid, as part of the Student Financial Service
Center, participates in the mission of Saint Martin's University to support
students by providing financial resources to attend and complete their
education at Saint Martin’s. Our shared Benedictine values of faith, reason,
service, and community create the atmosphere in which we deliver sensitive
and caring customer service, accurate and competent management of funds, and
effective communication with our internal and external clients.
Program goals, objectives and outcomes
Service: To provide quality, strategic, client centered
customer service.
Communication: To communicate all institutional, state
and federal financial aid polices clearly, effectively and respectfully.
Resources: To comply with state and federal financial
aid requirements and practice established professional ethical standards.
