Terence Monaghan is president (retired) of Veco Engineering, a
multinational firm with offices world-wide. A recipient of the Saint
Martin’s College Distinguished Alumni for Professional Achievement
Award, Monaghan has received numerous awards in engineering
including the Utility Contractors Association’s Engineer of the Year
Award, the Consulting Engineers Council National Project of the Year
Award and the Engineers Council’s National Award.
Formerly registered in many states and provinces throughout the
U.S. and Canada, he is currently registered in Washington, New York
and Charted in the Republic of Ireland. Monaghan is a member of the
American Society of Civil Engineers, The Institution of Engineers of
Ireland and the Marine Corps League. He graduated from Saint
Martin’s College in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science in civil
engineering.
