Spring Bling Extravaganza
brings top local talents to Saint Martin’s

Lacey, Wash. – The Associated Students of Saint
Martin’s College, the college’s student government, will host its first
Spring Bling Extravaganza, a free event featuring top dance and drill
teams, rap groups and singers from around Western Washington.
Spring Bling is April 23 at the Saint Martin’s College
Pavilion, 5300 Pacific Ave. S.E.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. and is open to students
and the public. Among the performers will be Allusion rap group, Cuttin’
Up dance team, Destiny’s Finest dance team, Electronetts and Babynetts
drill team, Elements chaos dance team, Embassy singing group, Sanctified
Souljahs rap group, Technacality dance team and the Uncensored team.
“These groups represent some of the best local talent
from Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle and Bremerton,” said Violet Ellington, the
college’s student senator for cultural diversity and a key organizer of
the event. “We hope everyone will join us on campus and enjoy them.”
A free raffle for prizes also will be part of the
Spring Bling Extravaganza.
