Saint Martin's University hosts Shanghai delegates
October 26, 2009
Lacey, Washington – On October 26 and 27, Saint
Martin’s University will welcome to the Lacey campus delegates from
Shanghai University of Political Science & Law (SUPS&L). The delegates
include: from SUPS&L, Dr. Guo Hua Jin, delegation chief and president;
Professor You De Zhang, division chief; Ms. Yu Qing Jiang, division
chief; and Ms. Xu Chen, lecturer and interpreter; and Mr. Bing Zhi Xu,
member of the Shanghai Law Society.
The purpose of the visit is to explore the
possibility of establishing a graduate-level cooperative program with
Saint Martin’s University that would allow students from SUPS&L to
transfer to Saint Martin’s MBA and MED programs. The delegates will meet
with the University’s Office of International Programs and Development
and with faculty from the University’s College of Education and School
of Business. In addition to visiting Saint Martin’s, the delegates will
visit the State Capitol and the Washington State Supreme Court.
