Saint Martin’s announces campus closures for the holidays

Snow on CampusSaint Martin’s University’s Lacey campus will be closed from Monday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Jan. 1 for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, except for essential University services. The Office of Public Safety will be on duty during the closure and can be reached at 360-438-4555. The campus will reopen Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, when offices will resume normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Spring semester classes begin Monday, Jan. 13.

The Saint Martin’s Extended Learning Division at Joint Base Lewis-McChord will be closed Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 27; the Fort Lewis campus will be open on Monday, Dec. 30, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., while the McChord campus will be closed. The Extended Learning Division will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 and Jan. 1, 2014, and will resume normal office hours (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.) on Jan. 2. Spring 01 classes (Term 3) will start Monday, Jan. 6, 2014. The Microsoft Software and Systems Academy will begin for the second cohort of students Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014.
